Great service

This was a replacement order as my previous Haxnicks sacks stored in a barn had been damaged by mice. They had been so useful I wanted the same type. My only adverse comment was that the entry on my credit card bill was for a different company name which caused some confusion but was quickly sorted out by what turned out to be the parent company customer services.

Hi, thanks for that feedback. It would have been Tildenet on your statement but i guess you know that now!
