You will receive an email to confirm you when your order is out for delivery. We estimate your order delivery will take between 3 to 5 working days. If you aren't present on the day of the delivery or you need to arrange a change in the delivery address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

If your product is defective or unsatisfactory, we ask please that you to return it to us unused within 21 days. On the other hand, if you wish to cancel your order, we can do it as long as you contact our customer service team before your order is dispatched. Please read our full returns policy for more details.
