Please note that the last order date for standard delivery in time for Christmas is 5pm on the 19th December.
Please note: Our offices and warehouse will be CLOSED from 5pm on 22nd December 2017 until 9am on 2nd January 2018. Orders received during this period will not be processed until 2nd January with standard delivery taking 3-5 working days from this point. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Delivery and Returns
Our products are available from most garden centres and leading retailers across the UK. However, you may still buy Haxnicks products direct from us online, in which case we will send them straight to your garden.
UK standard delivery* is just £4.99 on orders under £40
FREE UK standard delivery* on all orders over £40
*We estimate that your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days, subject to availability. Delivery charges are for Mainland UK address only and excludes the Highlands and Isle of Wight. FREE UK standard delivery applies to orders of £40 or more.

Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery unless we have authorisation from you that the goods can be left.
All our products are designed to be functional and robust, and to give real value to our customers. In the unlikely, and most unusual event that you receive a product that is defective or unsatisfactory, we ask please that you to return it to us unused within 21 days. Let us know what was wrong and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This commitment in no way impacts on your statutory rights.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order then we can do that for you, as long as you let us know before your order is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched please refer to the returns policy.
Product Availability Information
We try very hard to match stock levels to demand, but if your order is likely to be delayed pending stock availability we will let you know as soon as possible.
Once you have placed an order on our website we will send you an e-mail with information on how you can track your order. We will then e-mail you again when your order is sent out giving information on the courier and the consignment number so you can check on delivery using the courier’s website.
