What are Hemp pots?
Haxnicks' range of hemp pots are made from sustainable hemp fibre and stitched with cotton. They are plastic-free and fully biodegradable and home compostable after use.
Hemp is purported to be the strongest natural fibre in the world and is one of the fastest growing plants making it truly sustainable. It was one of the first plants to be spun into usable fibre 50,000 years ago but had fallen out of favour due to the rise of plastics.
What crop are they for?
Fruits, vegetables, herbs and plants can all be grown in hemp pots and planters
Where can I use them? The pots can be used in the garden or greenhouse or could even be planted into the ground to grow there without disturbing the roots.
What's so special about them?

It is perfect for the current desire to get back to natural fabrics.
