Plot to Pot
New addition to the Haxnicks library, ‘Plot to Pot’, is the second book from Haxnicks’ very own resident gardening expert, photographer and mother of six, Madeleine Cardozo.
Helping to strengthen the link between growing and cooking, each of the recipes within are inspired by vegetables, fruit and herbs grown in an everyday kitchen garden.
Madeleine says: "I wrote ‘Plot to Pot’ as a book for gardeners that love to grow but aren’t too fond of cooking, a book for those that want to make the most of the produce from their garden and also for those that have simply run out of interesting recipes to wow their friends and family with."
The book includes a foreword by BBC Gardener’s World and Radio 4 gardening expert Pippa Greenwood.
Simple and easy to follow, ‘Plot to Pot’ comes after the success of Madeleine’s first book, ‘Down to Earth’, an A-Z beginner’s guide to growing vegetables.
