Delivery
Haxnicks deliver anywhere to the UK mainland within 3 - 5 working days. Orders are dispatched on the same business day or the first available business day.
Special Offer: We are currently operating a fixed postage and Packaging fee for all orders, we will not increase the cost of postage and packaging regardless of the quantity of your order. The current postage and packaging fee is £4.50 to UK Mainland.
Quotes can be given for P&P to Northern & Southern Ireland, Highlands and Islands and all other overseas destinations. Customers should contact us directly.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your goods or purchase you may return them to us within 30 days and receive a full refund.
Please contact us with your Order Number and product description. If you need us to arrange collection we may need to charge for this, please speak to our customer services team, we can only issue refunds (to your credit card) after we have received the goods back. All goods should be unused.
If we have sent you damaged or incorrect products please contact us us immediately and we will send out replacement products free of charge. Haxnicks does reserve the right to contest any damaged goods claim.
All products returned can either be refunded to your credit card or credited to you for further purchases.
